In any case, the points are clear. Turning a tap counter-clockwise loosens it. Ann was the mother of Mary not John the Baptist – his mother was called Elizabeth. Hardly obscure points, so I'm intrigued as to the reason for saying otherwise.

Here's an interesting video about water and other things. Especially the spiral quality of water in water management systems.

Viktor Schauberger was a forester and based all his theories on practical observation. These theories were put into practice and were successful.

One theory he put forward was that copper is a much better tool for digging and ploughing. His idea was that iron rust depletes the soil whereas copper adds nutrients to it. I wonder if Bronze age farmers benefitted from this by using copper tools for farming?
